NASA honors LSINC employees with Space Flight Awareness Team Awards

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Three LSINC employees were honored for their exemplary work as part of the communications team for Marshall Space Flight Center.

Whitney Sheppard and Gina Hannah, part of the SLS Strategic Communications Team for MSFC, and Kristen Hill, who was part of the NASA Green Run Television Team, each received the Space Flight Awareness Team Award.

NASA states the employees must have “significantly contributed to the human space flight program to ensure flight safety and mission success” to receive this award.

Shane Weis, LSINC’s Senior Vice President of Strategy, was honored to present these awards to this incredible trio.
