In this new role, Curtsinger will be responsible for overseeing the engineering team, machine shop, and production team. Gardner has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Government Services. In her two years at LSINC, Gardner has proven her passion for servant leadership in the way she has led her team at the Missile Defense Agency. She will continue working with her team at MDA. Laird, who has been at LSINC since 2015, has been named Vice President of Business Affairs. Her analytical prowess will help to guide LSINC’s future by helping to reimagine established strategies to maintain the company’s growth.
